Regardless of how you spell or pronounce it – Knafeh, Kunafa, Kanafe, Kunefe, there is nothing quite like the taste sensation of gooey melted cheese sandwiched between layers of crispy, syrup laden Kataifi Pastry topped with pistachio nuts. You’ll find many variations of this dessert across different parts of the Middle East, however we can’t go past our easy-to-make Knafeh video recipe.
