During the month of July and August we celebrated all things Knafeh.

Regardless of how you spell or pronounce it – Knafeh, Kunafa, Kanafe, Kunefe, there is nothing quite like the taste sensation of gooey melted cheese sandwiched between layers of crispy, syrup laden Kataifi Pastry topped with pistachio nuts. You’ll find many variations of this dessert across different parts of the Middle East, however we can’t go past our easy-to-make Knafeh video recipe. A Turkish inspired Knafeh recipe that anyone can make at home with a couple of key ingredients.
