Kolokotes, or Kolokopites are Cypriot pumpkin pies traditionally made with a thick style pastry in a semi-circle shape. Today, Andrea’s family are making them with our family’s Fillo Pastry in a spiral shape, using fresh pumpkin from Pappou Savva’s garden. Watch along to see how they make them.
